New AM Best A Rated Market for Florida Artisan Residential Contractors

We are excited to announce that RISCO now has a new Admitted, AM Best A rated market for Florida Artisan residential contractors with 1-5 full and part time employees. This policy provides General Liability, with optional coverages available for tools and business contents.

Preferred classes include:

Carpentry
Masonry
Plumbing
Electrical
Drywall
Landscaping
Painting
Carpet Cleaning
Handyman
Window and Door Installation
Driveway Paving
Floor Covering (not Hardwood)
Pool Cleaning

Our market focus is the residential small contractor, normally working alone or as a sub-contractor, with no more than 25% commercial work, and no more than 25% sub-contracted work. New ventures and seasonal risks are eligible.

The premium is based on number of employees.

Blanket Additional Insured and Blanket Contractors Equipment coverage are also available.
